Preregistration required to attend Council Meetings

Wednesday 29 September 2021 10:19 AM UTC-07 | Tags: resident-information

Considering the recent increase of cases in Zone 1, the Town of Sackville has implemented the following guidelines for members of the public attending Council Meetings.

For the Special Meeting of Council on October 4th, we can accommodate ten (10) members of the public in Council Chambers. This number will be updated before each meeting.

Members of the public interested in attending the meeting must preregister with the Clerk's Office (email d.beal@sackville.com) before 4:00pm on Monday October 4th. Availability is on a first come, first serve basis. All attendees will be required to show proof of vaccination as well as a Government issued ID prior to entering Council Chambers.

Council meetings will continue to be live-streamed and residents can watch via Youtube or participate through Microsoft Teams here.

We thank residents for their cooperation in keeping a safe environment for council, staff and our community.
